The flags were created during workshops in Copenhagen and Malaysia, where participants could bring their own piece of textile and design a flag. Each fabric carries stories of lived lives, memories, and use—all stitched together to form a larger narrative of collectiveness.

We shared a beautiful day filled with music, movement, laughter, and touching moments—coming together as one collective body. Through this symbolic act of hope, reconciliation, and connection, we engaged with one another, the audience and the site. As a unified group, we moved through space—walking in formations, parading, swinging, fighting and displaying the flags together.
